  • All orders must be paid first before it'll be processed. We will be requesting a screenshot of payment (with reference number) before confirming your order.

  • Currently no downpayment offers at this time.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All orders are considered final once processed. Strictly no cancellations and no refunds will be accepted after an order has entered production or has been confirmed.

  • In the event of a product defect or issue, each concern will be carefully reviewed, and any action taken will depend on the specific details of the case.

WHY ARE THE LOCAL PRICES AND INTERNATIONAL PRICES DIFFERENT?

We learned that there are several fees to consider when making international shipments possible, as doing business across borders truly involves higher costs.These include currency exchange rates, platform fees (such as PayPal transaction and conversion fees), local tax regulations in each country, proper packaging, and international shipping fees, which vary depending on the chosen courier. There may also be possible hidden fees that are out of our control, such as customs fees or additional processing charges.We will continue to do our best to research more options and possibilities, but for now, we will have to follow our current international pricing for our merchandise.
